Striking foot always moves first, other foot is finding your range then moving in to strike.
Remember to always have Have your jab hand out straight when striking kick to keep opponent at distance
Right cross will stun opponent then recoil position then explode into double leg always maintain range close in when shooting in for double leg
The sprawl escape with the elbow explode then scramble to back control
Outside single position to outside opponent lead foot step right foot forward making contact with opponent first then stepping on outside first secure grip with palm away posture straight head up
Cage single leg head in posture straight step inside leg in then rotate outside leg running the pipe.
Under hook cage takedown control wrist head against chest elevate arm knee in straighten into squat position take control and lift and dump.
BJJ - Z Guard
Entry, they entry to Z guard is usually from half guard when opponent has controls from their we switch to bridging escape, trapping arm foot on outside then bridging if they hide the outside foot then you bring knee in and slide across so you are in the Z Guard position.

Deep 1/2 Guard Entries

  1. Combat Base
  2. Underhook
  3. Mount

Deep 1/2 Guard Sweeps

  1. In Sweep (The Boo Deep 1/2 Guard Sweep)
  2. Out Sweep (The Boom Deep 1/2 Guard Sweep)
  3. Deep 1/2 Guard Single Hook Sweep
  4. Deep 1/2 Guard Single Leg Split Sweep

Combat Base to Deep 1/2 Guard

  1. Knee behind opponents foot
  2. Using your knee to sweep, dive with your right hand under hips spinning 180 degrees into deep 1/2 guard position, palm away grip.

Underhook to Deep 1/2 Guard

  1. With deep under hook shoulder to shoulder
  2. Pressure load into a reaction. Pull under hook grip.
  3. Diving your feet deep, dive with your right hand under hips spinning 180 degrees into deep 1/2 guard position, palm away grip.

Mount to Deep 1/2 Guard

  1. When opponent is on mount, flatten one leg and make sure opponent cannot tuck there legs in.
  2. Scope opponents foot into 1/2 guard, bring flatten leg further up then turn onto right hip this creates space, to
  3. dive with your right hand under hips spinning 180 degrees into deep 1/2 guard position, palm away grip.

Back to Deep 1/2 Guard

  1. Opponent has your back, using your feet drive and swim with elbows and shoulders to opponents less dominate side
  2. Bait into taking mount, keep one leg up high to close of other foot, do not let opponents foot touch other side keeping opposite leg wide so as to block opponent from mounting.
  3. As opponent goes for mount, dive with your right hand under hips spinning 180 degrees into deep 1/2 guard position, palm away grip.

In Sweep (The Boo Deep 1/2 Guard Sweep)

  1. After Deep 1/2 guard 180 degree spin keep walking feet around
  2. Using those extra steps as leverage spin around on inside of leg on top.

Out Sweep (The Boom Deep 1/2 Guard Sweep)

  1. After Deep 1/2 guard 180 degree spin keep walking feet around
  2. Using those extra steps as leverage spin around on inside of leg on top.
  3. If opponent resist come out the other way.

Deep 1/2 Guard Single Hook Sweep

  1. In deep 1/2 guard position, One hook up with left foot, slide left foot behind opponents knee,
  2. Grabbing tight onto opponent foot locking down, in a spider guard looking position,
  3. Grab opponents knee and see saw sweep to on top position.

Deep 1/2 Guard Single Leg Split Sweep

  1. From deep 1/2 guard on opposite leg
  2. bring right knee forward
  3. push with left foot
  4. push with right foot creating more space.
  5. come up on elbows
  6. then knees, then standing
  7. holding onto foot till standing
